Everything ships frozen, from our kitchen in Melbourne.
Delivery cost
Orders over $80 AUD ship free. For orders under $80, we confirm the delivery cost with you by email before anything is sent — you will never be charged a delivery fee you haven't seen first.
How it travels
Protein Pockets are a frozen product. Every order is packed frozen and sent so that it stays cold in transit. We confirm your delivery window by email once your order is in, so nothing is sitting on a doorstep in the Melbourne sun.
When it arrives
Keep the pockets frozen on arrival. To eat, thaw for 20–30 minutes at room temperature — no oven, no microwave needed.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incomplete, or simply isn't right, email hello@rainbowhibi.com.au with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
Because this is a frozen food product, we can't accept a change-of-mind return on items that have left our freezer. That does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
